I use the F word to influence behaviour!
I’ve worked on change projects, shaped business cases and held niche marketing roles in the third sector. My squiggly career has taught me that if you want people to engage or get behind something, you have to get emotional. How people feel shapes behaviour; it influences what they do next.
Today, I use human insights, design thinking and behavioural design to ensure leaders, their teams, and the occasional solopreneur, communicate in ways that connect and inspire action. As a leadership coach and consultant, I help people remove the friction that stalls progress and create the conditions where people connect, engage, and think better, together.
Roll in, say hello and grab a desk. When everyone has arrived we’ll give you a little intro to the day and we’ll all introduce ourselves and what we do to the crew.
Work or natter, the choice is yours! A chance to tackle the admin backlog, the to-do list or that post you keep not writing.
Time to learn something new with a 30 minute speaker session followed by time to go eat some food, breathe, and chat to your new crew bestie.
What's better than a natter over cake? Lets share the highs and lows of life, work, and everything in-between with cake and a cuppa.
Head home with weights lifted and a head full of ideas.

While a lot of folk who attend are self employed, we're a super welcoming bunch.
The 'why' behind Cowork Crew is to help the self-employed and folk who work from home get out of the home office/coffee shop/kitchen table and enjoy some of the camraderie you used to get from colleagues.
The speaker topics and our general content will always be aimed at freelancers, founders and business owners, but we love meeting new faces. And if you work from home and fancy a day's company you are very welcome to join us.
We get it, we work for ourselves for many reasons, including schedule flexibility.
Come for as much of the day as makes sense for you.
You can bring lunch with you, or take the day-out excuse to nip to a local lunch spot.
Make sure you leave some room, as we’ll have cake to pick us all up during that mid-afternoon slump!
You’re welcome to take a call during Cowork Crew day. You can tuck yourself slightly out of the ‘main’ space in the breakout space if you want to avoid sitting around others while chatting.
We don’t have a completely private space available (as in a completely separate room) however, so it’s probably not the best time to run a webinar!
The benefits of spending a day coworking together go well beyond getting work done.
Feel free to chat to anyone who has the vibe they’re up for it. Or go to a social space to chat more in-depth if you'd like to.
No worries, life/clients/things happen! We offer refunds up to 24 hours before the event starts, no questions asked.

If you bought your ticket through Eventbrite, here's Eventbrite's docs on how to request a refund. You'll get all of your fee refunded, bar Eventbrite's ticketing fee.
